We invite you to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a festive dinner and a lively party at Brussels Mussels!
From 20:00 both of our restaurants will be serving a special New Year’s menu and enjoying a festive atmosphere with a DJ.
Until 19:00 the restaurants will operate with the regular menu.
FESTIVE MENU
To start:
A glass of Crémant & a Celine oyster 🦪
served with red wine vinegar and shallot pearls
Beef Tongue
with marinated Shimeji mushrooms, cornichons, pickled onions, horseradish cream cheese, and our house-pickled mustard seeds
Seafood Gratin
baked in red curry sauce with mushrooms, sesame tuile, and dried leeks
Main Course (choice of):
Dry-Aged Beef Entrecôte
served with Eringi mushrooms, roasted baby Amandine potatoes, Padron peppers, and herb butter
or
Wild-Caught Marble Perch Fillet
served with asparagus, roasted chicory, pickled radishes, and corn-ginger sauce with trout roe
Pavlova
served with raspberries, blueberries, mascarpone cream, and passionfruit sauce
